As of 2:00pm Wednesday, Joe Biden holds 227 electoral votes to Donald Trump's 213 in the race to win the White House.
Presidential: Joe Biden: 50.2% (69,762,006 votes)
v. Trump: 48.1% (66,836,122 votes)
Outstanding: Alaska, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan,
North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin
Based on where the votes are still outstanding, Democrats expect to win Wisconsin, Nevada, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Georgia is currently a toss-up and North Carolina is a tight race.
Senate: Democrats: 47* v. Republicans: 48
(*includes two Independents)
Outstanding: Alaska, Michigan, North Carolina. In Georgia the Senate race has still not been called and the Senate special election will go to a runoff January 5th.
