DemDaily: State Primaries and the Early Vote: The List

July 22, 2020

(Heather Ruth PVTimes)

Although the presidential primaries are all but over (Connecticut is the last on August 11th), there are still two dozen state primaries or runoffs for congressional, state executive offices and the legislature still on the calendar.

The results will be critical to control of the US Senate and redistricting, and will provide a crucial window into the mood of the electorate in presidential battleground states.

For the purposes of informing you that some of you can start voting now (!), we have posted early vote information. It is important, however, to check your official state election site for ongoing changes due to the COVID pandemic, and to learn how you can vote.

We have also posted all primaries on the free DemList Convention Calendar, which is now up and open for submitting your virtual events, webinars, trainings and caucus meetings leading up to, and during, the 2020 Democratic Convention August 17-20, 2020.
