Convention Central: Make an IMPACT
The IMPACT Film Festival is returning for the 2016 Democratic National Convention! This year's festival will include a distinctive slate of documentary films and panel discussions designed to convene change makers from across the country and engage audiences in conversation about some of the key issues of our time.
Festival highlights include critically acclaimed documentaries The C Word, Command and Control, Check It, Norman Lear: Just Another Version of You, and Newtown.

Impact Arts + Film Fund (IAFF) was created as a platform for arts and filmmakers to engage in the political and policy arena. IAFF is based in Washington, DC and was co-founded by Jody Arlington, Jamie Shor and Kimball Stroud, three veterans of the political and entertainment arenas. IAFF hosts screenings, panel discussions, promotional events and book launches to educate and enlighten its audiences and create a climate for meaningful social impact. IAFF launched at the 2008 Democratic & Republican National Conventions with the Impact Festival.
